While a beautiful notebook might inspire some, it can intimidate others. It doesn’t matter what you write on, it could be a specific journal, random scraps of paper, typing on your phone. or recoding a voice memo, just do it if it feels right.

Start a gratitude journal.

Giving thanks is good for your mental health. Start off by listing three things that you’re grateful for. These can be small things like taking a walk, a delicious cup of coffee, or a good weather. You can make a list or write full sentences. Details may help you relive the positive moments of your day. How did the sunshine feel on your face? What feelings did the smell of your favorite food bring? Pen the feelings down.

Don’t set your expectations too high.

A journal isn’t going to solve all your problems. It isn’t a therapist or a counselor. However, it can help you learn more about yourself.

lukemi Badenoch is another Nigerian woman blazing the trail on the international scene and in the public service sector. The British politician of Nigerian descent currently serves as Minister of State for Leveling Up Communities, and Minister of State for Equalities in the United Kingdom.

Badenoch grew up in Wimbledon, London. However, she had her high school education in Lagos and returned to the United Kingdom to study Computer Systems Engineering at the University of Sussex.

She started her career as a software engineer at Logica in the UK. While working, she studied Law part-time at Birkbeck, University of London, and completed her degree in 2009.

She ventured into politics at the age of 25 when she joined the Conservative Party. She has been a member of the parliament representing Saffron Walden since 2017.

In February 2020, Badenoch was appointed as the Minister for Equalities in the Department for International Trade. A year earlier, she was appointed as Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Children and Families by Boris Johnson. Prior to that, she was appointed as the Conservative Party's Vice-Chair for Candidates, in January 2018.

Badenoch can definitely be described as one of the women who have their works boldly engraved in the history book of leadership. She is one woman who is continuously challenging the norms/tradition and consistently reshaping the narrative of a woman's world. She is indeed the definition of strength, wisdom and grace.

AMINA MOHAMMED

A

diplomat and politician, Amina Mohammed is currently the Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations. Prior to that, she was Nigeria's Minister for Environment from 2015 to 2016. During that time, she was Nigeria's representative on the African Union Reform Steering Committee, chaired by Rwandan President, Paul Kagame. She later resigned from the Federal Executive Council on February 24, 2017. Later that year, the United Nations' Secretar y-General, António Guterres, announced his intention to appoint Mohammed as Deputy Secretary-General of the global body. She is a member of the UN Interagency Coordination Group on Antimicrobial Resistance. In 2005, she was charged with the coordination of Nigeria's debt relief funds towards the achievement of the Millennium Development Goals.

Though a conservative dresser, Mohammed is also meticulous when it comes to her looks.

She always appears modest but well put together, and that has earned her the admiration of many, both male and female.

She was a key player, serving as the Special Adviser to the then UN Secretary-General, Ban Ki-Moon. From 2014, Mohammed later became the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Cent

orn in Kogi State, Nigeria, she was raised in the state of Florida, United States of America. She lives in the US capital of Washington DC with her husband and son. She's another Nigerian woman making giant strides on the global scene.

She currently serves as a Special Assistant to the United States' President, Joseph Biden. She is also an Associate Counsel in the White House Counsel's Office. Before her appointment in 2021, she served as General Counsel of the US House of Representatives Select Subcommittee on the Corona Virus Crisis. She began her legal career as an associate with the law firm of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips. She also worked as a legal counsel at Palantir Technologies Inc. Her appointment into Biden's cabinet in January 2021 got many Nigerians excited, with the Kogi State government releasing a statement to congratulate her.

Badejo studied Political Science at the University of Florida, and went on to bag a Master of Public Administration degree from Harvard University. She also holds a doctorate in Law from the University of California, School of Law. She rejoined the USTDA as CFO and acting director at the start of the Biden administration. Before joining the USTDA, Ebong worked as a lawyer, representing public and private companies.

Ebong earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Annenberg School for Communication; University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Arts degree in History from the University of Edinburgh. She is also a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association. From 1997 to 2004, she worked as a finance and business associate at Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky, and Popeo.

gozi Okonjo-Iweala was appointed as the DirectorGeneral of the World Trade Organisation in March 2021.

She is an economist, fair trade leader, environmental sustainability advocate, human welfare champion, sustainable finance guru and global development expert. She is also the first woman and first African to lead the World Trade Organization.

Her term would be renewable on the 31st of August, 2025. OkonjoIweala also sits on the boards of top companies and organisations such as Danone, Standard Chartered Bank, Twitter, One Campaign, Mandela Institute for Development Studies, etc.

The financial expert's appointment as DG WTO was well-received

by Nigerians, depicting her Afro-centric dress sense. The brilliant economist had a 25-year career at the World Bank in Washington DC, United States of America, and rose to become a managing director at some point. Having broken many records in the course of her illustrious career, Okonjo-Iweala was the first woman to serve two terms as a Minister of Finance in Nigeria. She was initially appointed by President Olusegun Obasanjo from 2003 to 2006; and secondly, under President Goodluck Jonathan from 2011 to 2015.

From June to August 2006, she served as the country's Minister for Foreign Affairs.

During her first term as the Minister of Finance under President Olusegun Obasanjo’s tenure, she spearheaded negotiations with the Paris Club and this led to the wiping out of US$30bn of the country's debt, including the outright cancellation of US$18bn. In recognition of her contributions, Euro money named her Global Finance Minister of the Year in 2005. In June 2020, she was nominated as the country's candidate for the post of Director-General of the World Trade Organization. Okonjo-Iweala is an audacious woman crafting her own chapter in the dynamic tape of history, standing tall and making Nigerians proud through her achievements and contributions.

Tosin Richard Koroma

You are popularly known as Mr. Soul; however, we'll love to know what your real name is and what inspired your brand name 'Mr. Soul'?

My real name is Tosin Richard while my surname is Koroma. The reason why I chose Mr. Soul as my brand name is that for every time I produce, direct or coordinate a song, I always tend to add a very sweet, calming and soulful feel to it, hence the inspiration behind the name 'Mr. Soul.

Many people don't know that you are from Sierra Leone. What inspired your journey into the Nigerian music scene?

Okay my mom is actually a Nigerian, from Ondo precisely and I was born here in Nigeria. I have never been to Sierra Leone, though I plan to visit there someday so I can know more about my other country. I have always been busy and that's why I haven't visited yet. As for music, I am very passionate about it. I have always been attracted to sounds since I was a child and I found it fascinating to put sounds together and make something really nice out of different sounds. Then I grew up to realize that I can make a lot of money from it and also impact people's lives so I decided to venture further into it. I guess that's what inspired me.

Producers do much more work in bringing life to any music, how do you stay creative while working on a new song?

Two things; the first thing that inspires me is what the artist wants. By this, I mean 'the extended concept.' Like when an artist says “I want the song to sound like this or I want it to be like that”, I try to follow that guide. And the second thing that inspires me is how good the song is. If the song is very good, it's very easy to just draw an inspiration from that energy and create something really nice.

As the hottest music producer in Lagos, what do you believe sets your production style apart from others?

Well, first of all, I think it's God. I don't remove the God factor from everything I find myself doing. Secondly, I think it's my chosen niche. I choose to do things the way I am inspired to and I don't try to follow anybody's footsteps and stuff. When it comes to songs, I do me. Again, I'm also the kind of person that looks out for what my audience would like. I'm very good at discerning what the audience would like when they hear it. So, I also take that into consideration and that's another thing that makes me stand out.

“The Industry is Designed to Drag you Back” What challenges have you faced while navigating the music industry in Nigeria, and how have you overcome them?

I think there's nobody that doesn't face challenges. But with the challenges, you try to make sure that whatever it is that you are going through will get the best of you. one of the challenges faced as a producer is fighting your way up and this is because there are a lot of talented people out there. Again, the industry is designed to drag you back, actually life generally is designed to drag you back but you just have to find a way to move past those things. Major challenges are; number one is lack of money. You need money to promote yourself as a producer and you need money to put yourself out there. Second challenge is connections, you need to know people that know that you are good so that they can grant you the exposure needed. The other challenge is not giving due credits to producers. A lot of artists don't like giving credit to producers.

They don't like to give what belongs to the producer to the producers, so those are like the major challenges I can remember at the moment.

Talking of challenges, everyone could agree that most times, producers are not given their flowers, does that affect you in any way?

I think to the core I'm an introvert. I just had to learn how to socialize because of the kind of work I'm doing; my work requires social skills so I had to learn how to be social but it's not like I'm there yet. So I will say I am more of an introvert because outside work, I like to be inside my house playing PS1 or watching movies. Staying inside the house just makes me happy.

Who is Mr. Soul outside being a producer?

Mr. Soul is a music genius, he is someone that loves doing music and he likes to be very excellent at his work. He thrives at being excellent, he's musically intelligent and can be very quiet too though, he can be very full of life if he needs be. I'm a very simple person. I don't like complicated things.

We'll love to know if Mr. Soul is in a relationship?

My relationship status is that I'm in a relationship with Jesus. So, I am saying I'm not really thinking of that right now. I'm just focusing on what I need to focus on which is my music.

What's the inspiration behind your live band “Bandhitz”? okay so initially, I have always wanted to have a band since when I was young because my Dad has a band. yes! I've watched him play, I've watched him sing, I've watched him coordinate his band and I kind of drew some inspiration from that. Then when I grew up, I started working with other bands, I realized that a lot of them don't set the standard for themselves as they allow artists treat them anyhow because they don't see themselves as being valuable. They see themselves as being dispensable and I said to myself, “I have to find a way to change the narrative about this.” So, I started my own band. I structured it in a way that no matter who the celebrity is they will not be able to walk over us, we'll be able to stand our ground and that will make bands to be valued more in the industry. This is because I know that years back, some live bands weren't valued in the industry but right now, they've began to gain this value.

I'm really happy that to some extent we are part of that and I'll keep being a part of that. So, the major reason why I started this live band is because I wanted to impact people's lives with music as I believe that music can be done in a more interesting way and it is achievable with the use of live bands. The more we put in work, the more they see how valuable we are, the better the chances for the other musicians that are coming behind us.

Some fun questions to go with, what is your favorite childhood TV series?

Huh? Childhood TV series? I think it should be Silverhawk, Turtle Ninja, Power Rangers. There are plenty of them.

If you had to choose between Chicken Republic and Tasty Fried Chicken's food, which one would you go for?

Oh, no. That's a tricky question, man! My favorite food is white rice and stew and both of them don't sell white rice and stew.

Which do you prefer, Golden Morn or Cornflakes?

Golden Morn please.

Sneakers or shoes?

Sneakers, please.

Movies or books?

Movies, actually! This is because I read up a lot, but I read e-books. I do anything that has to do with visuals. I'm a visual person, so movies.

Before we go, what advice would you give to aspiring producers looking to break into the Nigerian music industry?

I'll say please Say a lot of nos than yeses. This is because if you have a direction, you won't just accept everything that comes your way and you will definitely not settle for less. Grow a thick skin and get better every single day & every single minute, because one of the things that can build your confidence is your skill. If you know that this thing that you are doing, you are good at it, then nobody can come and toss you around anyhow.

You'll be an asset to anybody that comes your way, if you are skillful, they will look at you like this person can be of some sort of value to me and then they will want to have you around, they'll want to link up with you, they'll want to associate with you so develop that value. Build that structure. If you start saying No to some things while you are small, when you grow bigger, they'll realize that you've always been like that and it's not about you trying to form or you being proud. Also, don't give up on your dreams as anything is possible. I mean, I've seen it happen to me, anything is possible if you set your mind to it.

n a world that often measures success by external achievements; the internal struggles of mental health too frequently remains hidden behind closed doors. It's about time we debunk misconceptions and paint a vibrant picture of mental health. Brace yourself, because if you've entertained some wild notions about mental health, consider this your free ticket to a reality check. As we navigate the complexities of modern life, the need for mental health awareness has never been more critical. Ready to be schooled?

Mental health is not a sign of weakness, nor is it a choice. It's an interplay of biological, psychological, and environmental factors. By understanding the science behind mental health, we pave the way for empathy and compassion. It's a state of wellbeing in which the individual realizes his or her abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully and can contribute to his or her community. When the opposite is the case, it's called MENTAL HEALTH CONDITION. Mental health conditions include mental disorders and psychosocial disabilities as well as other mental states associated with significant distress, unability to function, or risk of self-harm. People with mental health conditions are more likely to experience lower levels of mental well-being, but this is not always or necessarily the case. Just like physical health, mental health has everything to do with a person's overall well-being. Although in this case it has to do with emotions, psychology and your mental state. It's about how you think, feel, and behave. It's majorly masked with depression and feeling of emptiness which could be triggered by poverty, violence, bad parenting, trauma, inequality and environmental deprivation.

When you have a good mental and physical health, you are happy, confident, and able to cope with whatever life throws at you. You are able to build a positive relationship with other people and enjoy the carefree nature of life greatly. You can concentrate on tasks, and handle your emotions in a healthy way. Although sometimes you can experience challenges with your mental health which can happen to anyone. This can happen when you experience a feeling of sadness or anxiety for a long time. It can even affect your ability to enjoy activities, which is totally normal and part of the human experience.

I

n the past, people used to think that if someone was feeling sad or down, it was their own fault or maybe there were bad spirits causing it. Some go as far as saying “he's just acting up” and tag it to a spiritual problem (very bizarre right?). However, Hippocrates changed that. He made it clear that there was something physical happening in the body that causes mental illnesses. He thought that when people had too much of something called “black bile” in their bodies, they would feel really sad.

To help people with such illnesses, Hippocrates used a special medicine called “laxatives.” These medicines helped the body get rid of the excess black bile, and it makes people feel better.

Hippocrates was really important because he changed the narrative of mental health scientifically. So, thanks to Hippocrates, we started to understand mental illness in a different way, and it helped us move toward using science to help people with their mental health. Mental health officially became recognized in the early 1900.

Nigeria just like many other societies is deeply rooted in cultural beliefs, spiritual and outrageous myths and this contributes to the reluctance in seeking help and discussing it openly. The society tags it as a weakness and personal failure making individuals fear about speaking up to avoid judgment and isolation De-stigmatization is a collective effort that beats individual narratives. It requires open conversations at every level of the society, from intimate family discussions to boardroom policies. By fostering an environment where mental health is a valid topic of discussion, we break the barriers that have perpetuated silence and isolation. In breaking the silence surrounding mental health, we not only free individuals from the shackles of stigma but also cultivate a society that values every aspect of well-being. Although the general perception of mental illness has improved over the past decades, however studies show that stigma against illness is still powerful, largely due to media stereotypes and lack of education, and people tend to attach negative stigmas.

Initiatives like community forums, classroom forums and online platforms can provide safe spaces for conversations and the benefits of recognizing mental health issues early and timely intervention can prevent worsening conditions. I recognize the diverse cultural beliefs and respect them too, however we need to bridge the gap between traditional beliefs and modern mental health understanding.

Myths such as “If a person has a mental health condition, it means the person has low intelligence. (Really?) mental illness can affect anyone irrespective of the person's social class, intelligence or income level. It's also important to feature stories of notable figures who have openly shared their mental health struggles, this would help emphasize the fact that even successful individuals face these things. “Poor mental health is not a big issue for teenagers.

They just have mood swings caused by hormonal fluctuations and act out due to a desire for attention”.

Fact: Truthfully, teenagers often have mood swings, but that does not mean that they may not also struggle with their mental health. Fourteen per cent of the world's adolescents experience mental-health problems. Globally, among those aged 10–15, suicide is the fifth most prevalent cause of death, and for adolescents aged 15–19 it is the fourth most common cause. Half of all mental health conditions start by the age of 14. Hello, can we meet you?

I'm Oghenetejiri, a model, Medical Biochemist, and fashion designer with over 8 years of experience in the fashion world. I'm the proud founder of LàTEJcreations, and I'm on a mission to make a positive impact. My journey has been a blend of science, style, and sustainability. I hold a degree in Medical Biochemistry and even pursued an MBA from the International Finance Corporation (IFC).

It's this unique blend of knowledge that's allowed me to blend fashion with eco-consciousness.

Over the years, LàTEJcreations has had the privilege of impacting the lives of over 4,000 people across the globe and empowering 15 women in Nigeria. As the CEO of LaTej Creations, what inspired the establishment of LaTejCreations and what makes the brand unique in the fashion industry?

As the founder of LàTEJcreations, I draw my inspiration from my deep love and appreciation for African Culture. I felt a strong calling to share this beauty with the world in a modern and innovative way. So, after carrying out my research about the African fashion market in 2015, I decided to register my brand in 2018.

What sets LàTEJcreations apart is our commitment to authenticity, sustainability and empowerment.

Our Products do not only showcase the beauty of Africa but also honor the skilled artisans and traditional craftsmanship behind our products.

Can you kindly share take us through the journey of LaTejCreations from its evolution till date?

We started as a humble vision born from my passion for African culture and fashion. The journey started in 2015 when I carried out market research on the African fashion market. In the early days we started with Ankara accessories and revamp services. We registered the brand in 2018 and decided to expand our product line thereby including dresses, bags and other accessories. We also started infusing our d e s i g n s w it h re c y c l e d e c o - f r i e n d l y an d contemporary raw materials like cowries, raffia, straw, basket and left-over fabric scraps in order to adequately immortalize our African heritage Through dedication and commitment to quality, LaTejCreations gradually gained recognition and got featured in Shout Out Atlanta in 2021. This attracted a community of individuals who appreciated our fusion of tradition and modernity.

I chose to focus on African creations because of my profound admiration for African culture. Through LaTejCreations, I aspire to bridge continents, cultures, and generations, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation for the depth and beauty inherent in African creations. It's a commitment to preserving heritage, promoting sustainability, and empowering the talented artisans who breathe life into each creation.

What strategies do LaTejCreations employ in ensuring authenticity and respect towards African traditions?

Some of our strategies are; We collaborate directly with artisans and craftsmen from various African regions, respecting their expertise and traditional techniques. This partnership ensures that our designs are rooted in authentic practices and reflect the essence of African heritage.

We prioritize ethical sourcing of materials, ensuring that raw materials used in our creations are responsibly and sustainably acquired Through our Earn from Waste project, LaTejCreations educate children on how to repurpose left over fabric scraps, thereby creating awareness on sustainability.

Could you highlight some key challenges you encountered while establishing a fashion brand focused on Africaninspired designs, and how you were able to overcome these challenges?

Starting a business is a challenging one and my journey was no exception. Some of my major challenges when I started were lack of resources. No investors! No support! I had to manage every single penny when sourcing for raw materials. I learnt to do more with less by gathering left over fabric scraps from local tailors.

Entering the fashion industry was very intimidating because there were already established brands and the fashion sector is highly competitive. I decided to stand out by infusing my designs with recycled contemporary raw materials, and ensured continuous innovation while staying up to date with market trends.

Then the most recent one is when we won our first award “Iconic Fashion accessories Brand 2023” and we also showcased our designs on the runway as well. The accolades and feedback received after the showcase was super amazing.

There are quite a few unwinding techniques that I've found to be quite effective over the years. cooking, I love cooking a hearty meal, trying out new food, and spending quality time with my loved ones(family) and my gorgeous man.

Biltong & droewors Dry curing was a method used to preserve meat by the indigenous tribes of South Africa before fridges were invented. Usually made from beef or game, such as springbok, biltong (a thinly sliced, air-dried meat) and droewors (an air-dried sausage) are traditionally eaten as snacks. The meat is cured in a mixture of vinegar, salt, sugar and spices such as coriander and pepper, then hung to dry. The finished product is prized by health enthusiasts for its high protein and low fat content. Nowadays, biltong and droewors producers often add flavourings such as chilli or garlic to the meat and use a variety of meats, such as ostrich and wild boar.

Potjiekos, literally meaning ‘small pot food’, is another traditional food eaten in many parts of South Africa.

This stew consists of meat and vegetables, slowcooked over an open flame in a cast-iron pot (potjie).

The dish is cooked in layers and should not be stirred until it’s ready to be eaten. The result is a rich and varied taste, and since the layers are kept separate, you should still be able to discern every ingredient when you’re eating. You’ll find many variations of potjiekos throughout South Africa, but we’d recommend trying one made with oxtail.

Kindly tell us more about Papeeyah?

Hello, my name is Adisa Ayomide Jesse, popularly known as Papeeyah, I am a 21 year old content creator/social media influencer, and in a world full of uncertainty/hurdles, my joy is in bringing a little bit of laughter with a sprinkle of sunshine into the hearts of my audience.

Can you tell us about your background?

I am from a family of six turned five given that I lost my dad since I was seven, and I grew up in different places to be honest, the earliest memory I have of the growth process is in an area/community called Orile-Apapa, from there to Saabo Ojodu, then to Alagbole Ogun State, then to Ajuwon… let’s just say I’m coming from a lot hehehe.

How did you discover your unique style of humor, and how has it evolved over time?

This is an interesting question and now that I think of it, I can say that it has always been a ME thing to lighten up any room I’m in, I can remember even my primary and secondary school era (never paid that much attention to these memories till now) how people always wanted to be around me or in my group for projects/group assignments cos I would always come up with insane creative ideas, executions and still have you entertained and comfortable the entire time, my style of content carefully progressed from lip sync videos into making skits and now I just do me, I talk, cos from the onset, it’s been my mannerism, choice of words/wittiness that has created so much love for my brand. So I just try to keep it real and authentic hence the “Papeeyah Talks” series among many other style of contents… I do me.

You're proudly known for your humour, how do you manage the fine line between being relatable to your audience and effectively promoting sponsored content?

My sponsored contents are (as my audience would always say) “the only ad I would watch to the end and still repeat again and again” my ads don’t come off as ads as I have a unique way of channeling from my regular content, the linking is always what amazes my viewers tho, cos they only realize almost at the end and be like “damn it was an ad?!” It’s pretty much me giving it critical thoughts and getting creative to be honest.

What strategies do you use to keep your content consistently funny and engaging for your audience?

Strategy? To being funny? Hmm… (wait being funny get strategy and nobody for my team don drop update, no wam, Vicky and Dayo una de gatekeep?

Cos my management knows almost everything in this life so why are they hiding the tea? lol.) I honestly don’t have a strategy to being myself, I’ve finally learnt to stop TRYING to be funny and I’ve started allowing myself through, just do me and those that get it would get it, that’s why creative blocks are my worst enemies, it’s only during those times I am not one with myself and it affects my thought waves, cos I’m very powerful with my mind so when it’s disturbed, I begin to loose touch, that’s why I only associate myself with the right type of people for my energy cos my surrounding has to be full of positive vibrations as those are the only type of vibrations I carry around.

Can you share a behind-the scenes story or blooper from one of your collaborations?

Oh my good gracious God! I had one experience with Cute Abiola during our collaboration where I did the unthinkable; CLIMB TRANSFORMER!!!

God abeg, let me not go further into this service cos we would not close, let’s just be thankful that mercy said no.

What's something about you that your followers might be surprised to learn?

That I am actually an impressive songwriter.

How do you unwind and relax outside of your online presence?

It’s funny cos usually, what I’ve heard some people say they do, like; visit another state/country, go on spa dates etc… (although mine is tentative) but right now, I enjoy cycling around my estate in the middle-night, like a freaking vigilante! Only that I listen to cool music while at it tho, omg I have the best play list.

As an influencer, collaborations are common. How do you choose collaborators and what makes a successful partnership for you?

I am someone that is very big on energies and vibrations (what you’ll probably call “vibes”) collaborations for me are considered successful not by the numbers/analytics but by the creative process as well as what we create at the end of the day, I love when it is an ACTUAL CREATIVE PROCESS and what I’m creating must be able to relate to me somehow because only then can I relate it to my audience.

Are there any future projects or endeavors you're excited about?

Yes! Yes!! Yes!!! What I wanted and went for eagerly as well as almost thoughtlessly (just because of the love for it) I wanted it so “quick” I missed it, but it is now something I have grown to love better and I am now as patient as waiting for the birth of a child, my child (metaphorically speaking) is coming, A Papeelion Scent, I don’t care how long this would take but I would give it all the time and attention (as well as finances) it needs to come to life cos it would be my proudest achievement, I’m super excited to show you all what we’re creating and I can’t wait for you to have them in your hands.

What challenges do you face when creating humorous content, and how do you overcome them?

Oh I sort of mentioned it earlier already, creative block, it’s horrendous, it’s when I am not one with myself, I overcome it sometimes by waiting it out, allowing myself feel whatever hurt/darkness I am feeling in that time and just flow through it till I’m out, other times (when there’s no space/time to for waiting) I force myself out of it, it’s not always a lasting solution tho.

With the growing popularity of short-form content, how do you see the future of humorous content evolving on platforms like TikTok, and how are you adapting to these changes?

How do I see it evolve? I never really think of it because that sort of makes this become a job/burden as opposed to something I do out of fun and love for it and my adaptability would still come from my authenticity to be honest… as Asake would say “elemi lo ma last”.

What advice would you give to aspiring influencers looking to develop their own unique comedic style on TikTok? My advice is not directed to those aiming for the TikTok space alone as I am not only successful on there, my advice is to any aspiring influencer in general, BE YOU! Don’t allow your critical thinking bring you down because the only person that has power over your MIND is you, so allow it run freely, I’ll advice you to think deeply (as well as correctly too) Jot your thoughts and ideas down but mostly spend time with your mind! A lot of people spend so much money and years on something they could have spent wisdom on… let that simmer, there’s a lot you can accomplish when you indulge your mind.

The Diamond Rush of Kimberley The story begins in the late 19th century when diamond fever gripped the region. In 1866, a young boy named Erasmus Jacobs stumbled upon a shiny pebble on his father's farm near the Orange River. This seemingly insignificant discovery turned out to be a 21.25-carat diamond, sparking a rush of prospectors and fortune seekers from all corners of the globe. The feverish excitement that followed marked the inception of what would later be known as the Kimberley Diamond Rush. The discovery of diamonds brought a surge of prospectors to the region, transforming Kimberley from a quiet town to a bustling epicenter of diamond mining. As the influx of fortune seekers increased, so did the demand for diamonds, and the region witnessed an unprecedented economic boom.
