stitched them into collages. I enjoyed the dancing rhythm of the marks made by the needle as it joined with thread the cutout shapes. As I wove the strips of fabric over and under the warp threads, I felt as if I were playing a harp and creating new musical harmonies as I combined colors and textures in different ways.
