Promotora de las Bellas Artes (PBA) is a binational 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Tijuana and San Diego. Since 1992, PBA has worked binationally to contribute to the strengthening of children and youth's life skills, their creativity, socio-emotional and cognitive abilities through its cultural programs.
