Please make checks payable to the CITY OF UMATILLA and mail to CITY OF UMATILLA PO BOX 130 UMATILLA, OR 97882 The Sponsor agrees to provide the specified sponsorship for the music festival, Rock the Locks. As part of this agreement, the Sponsor will supply their logo in PNG or JPEG format, as well as video footage in MP4 format, to the City of Umatilla for advertising purposes. In return, the City of Umatilla commits to delivering the benefits outlined in the sponsor benefits packet. The City will issue a direct invoice to the Sponsor for the sponsorship amount.
