Entrance to the Parking Garage

When you arrive at the garage, valet attendants will guide you to a reserved parking area. All vehicles must enter the parking garage, including those intending to drop off patients. There is NO curbside pickup or drop-off alongCommercial Street orFront Street.

From the reserved parking area, there is a covered walkway across an outdoor plaza to the Mercantile Center entrance. Attendants will be present with wheelchairs for those with limited mobility. Approach the building through the plaza that sits between the parking garage and the building entrance.

By Foot:

There is NO curbside pickup or drop-off along Commercial Street or Front Street. All patients should approach using the Commercial Street plaza. Once inside, walk through the Mercantile Center lobby to the Vaccination Center entrance.
