Rupee Transaction Account:

This type of account is similar to the PLS account, and totally opposite from the BPP account with no minimum amount maintain-ace requirement, but on every cash transaction some amount is deducted from the account. 375 excluding FED or 0.20 excluding FED whichever is higher on cash withdrawal and 350 excluding FED or 0.10% excluding FED whichever is higher on cash deposit. Details are shown in the attached document of UBL SOC (schedule of charges).

Today I have learned a lot, about account opening procedure, and helped Shakil in this task all day long. Every day is another new opportunity to gain experience from my work and my seniors. Till now, I have not opened an account physically, but I have learned a lot about account opening, still so much to learn about, I left branch today at 7pm.

Today sir Ather taught me about cheque books, lockers and financing offered by UBL. They are explained in detail with charges below:

CHEQUEBOOKS:

a. cheque books are divided into 3 categories. 25, 50, and 100 leaves cheque books. b. Charges for 25 leaves cheque books are 100 Rs. For 50 leaves 200 Rs are charges and 350 for 100 leaves cheque book.

LOCKERS:

SMALL 1000 Rs charges pr year are deducted and 250 Rs refund able security.

MEDIUM 1750 Rs per year are deducted and 500 refundable security.

LARGE 2500 Rs per year are deducted and 900 Rs refundable security

LOANS:

Car Financing: Loans for purchasing cars and auto vehicles are provided even through our own banking system and through local purchasing.
