The onslaught of the COVID-19 pandemic has brought a devastating effect to the Library Learning Commons. The pandemic took us by surprise, the overwhelming rise of COVID-19 cases has forced us to close our doors to mitigate the transmission of the virus. Despite the uncertainty, the Library Learning Commons continuously adapt to the pandemic with resilience and innovation. We have recalibrated our services and modified our procedures to respond to the needs of our patrons, we have taken all the necessary steps to ensure that we continuously provide quality services to our patrons hence, it has become an imperative endeavor for us to deliver our services virtually.
