Audible Esophageal Temperature Device August 2022 – May 2023-Worked with a small team to design and physically produce a device to audibly give temperature readings and alerts from a Biosense Webster esophageal stethoscope to a surgeon performing a cardiac ablation procedure.
• Medical and Healthcare Equipment Device August 2022-December 2022: Designed surgical scissors using CAD Modeling to better interface with tissue during surgery.
Designed a low speed dental drill device with the required gear train through Autodesk Inventor, to create a device with an optimal horsepower to weight ratio.
Introductory Design Project August 2019 – December 2022: Collaborated with a team of three to design and produce a tool to help elementary school student better understand specific standardized math concepts. Communicated with the students to get an idea of what their wants were, then processed all the information to a design using Autodesk Inventor. After attaining the 3D printed pieces of the tool, went to a local elementary school to assess the usage of the tool and receive user feedback.
Playground Slide Student Design Project January 2020 – May 2020Redesigned a playground slide for a local elementary school. With a group of five we redesigned a playground slide and implemented the new design created through Autodesk Inventor to the local elementary school.
