It is estimated that up to one in three men in Ireland experience erectile dysfunction, with more than 50% of men between the ages of 40 and 70 affected globally. Despite this, it remains one of the most under-discussed areas in modern healthcare, not due to lack of prevalence, but lack of conversation. Men are not speaking about it, and for too long, the
industry has not been listening in the right way.

Global Education Meets Local Impact Across Europe and internationally, there has been a rise in education-led movements focused on transforming how men’s health is understood and treated.
As part of this shift, I recently had the privilege of bringing one of the most respected educators in this space, Michael Strøm, to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Known globally for his work in shockwave therapy and men’s sexual health, Michael has built a reputation not only for clinical excellence, but for his ability to educate, challenge thinking, and elevate standards within the industry.
Through a series of Men’s Health Workshops and his involvement with Future Men’s Health, we brought together clinicians, practitioners, and forwardthinking clinics to explore what modern men’s healthcare should truly look like. Because for me, this has always been central to my work; I bring the best educators into Ireland not only to introduce innovation, but to educate, inspire, and raise the standard of care across our industry.
