Scholarships. Simplified. Our awards can help you pay for your education.

High school awards Grade 11 Merit Award Apply while you’re in Grade 11 and earn up to $800, based on your grades. Grade 12 Board of Governors Admission Scholarship Apply for fall admission by Dec. 15 and you’ll automatically be considered for a $1,000 award.

General Awards Up to $6,000

Athletic Awards

While most athletes are recruited, varsity teams also offer open tryouts before each season. ulethbridge.ca/campus-life/athletics

Transfer awards

• $300 to $2,000 • For new transfer and post-diploma students • Not automatically considered. Application required.

* Tuition Deposit: $5,000. Payable upon acceptance of the admission offer to secure a seat. The deposit is applied toward the full tuition amount. All fees are subject to change without prior notice. The amounts provided are estimates only, based on enrolment in 10 courses over one academic year. On-campus housing is recommended for first-year students and is available with various housing and dining plan options. Off-campus and homestay accommodations are available.

Admission Requirements for International Secondary/High School AP (Advanced Placement)

AP credentials are recognized as means of satisfying general admission requirements. (Students presenting AP credentials have the option at the point of admission of receiving transfer credit for approved courses where they have achieved a grade of 4 or higher).

International Baccalaureate (IB)

Applicants presenting complete IB diplomas are guaranteed general admission to the University, subject to English Language Proficiency requirements and deadlines. Admission to specific programs is not guaranteed.

British model systems (GCE)

At least five distinct courses with appropriate grade achievement, including at least three courses at the Ordinary level (or equivalent) and at least two courses at the Advanced level (or equivalent). The courses must include English Language, and a course will not be considered if it duplicates a course subject at the other level. All five courses are used in calculating the admission average.
