Arctic Law and Governance covers topics like climate change, ocean governance the rights of indigenous people, international environmental law, law making and policy making in the Arctic. It develops skills for working with international instruments, case law and literature with a view to doing research and engaging in legal praxis.

Transcultural Business Law develops professional capacities to encounter new transcultural elements in a globalised world and provides the tools for understanding the interaction between culture and law. The studies enhance skills in analysing encounters in legal and cultural contexts ranging from new forms of international economic cooperation between nationstates to global business.
