Upon commencement of a supply agreement, where qualifying volumes are expected, we will accrue a social value fund to invest back into the community where Multipanel is being used. For participating regions, this can be in the form of a 10 month paid work experience placement programme for 15-19 year olds, inclusive of a programme mentor, and working toward a Level 2 CMI (Chartered Management Institution) qualification in team leading. In areas where the programme does not run, a suitable alternative use of the investment will be mutually agreed, to support the community.

Our panels are manufactured here in the UK, and your planned or reactive maintenance programme delivery requirements are fulfilled from one of our 10 regional distribution centres. Beyond production and distribution, our 16 strong business development team are on hand to support you from trial, through to specification and fulfilment. Speed of construction is crucial in delivering housing projects and our waterproof wall panels can be fitted within 1 day (compared to 3-5 days for traditional tiles). Our wall panels can be fitted straight onto a timber framework or over existing tiles and there is no need to wait for specialist trades on-site. Our waterproof walls also come with unique tongue and groove technology offering a rapid installation solution.

One of the major challenges for bathrooms in social or rental markets is the need to refresh for incoming tenants. After a tenant moves out, significant cleaning time is often required and, in many cases, maintenance involves replacing tiles. These challenges can be overcome with the use of our wall panels as all they require is a simple wipe down with a non-abrasive detergent to maintain their pristine condition, well beyond their 30-year warranty. In the absence of grout, maintenance issues caused by daily use are removed.
