Introduction to Bottled Water Coolers With over 2 million reusable Eden water cooler bottles filled every year, it’s fair to say we have some experience in bottling!
Water Delivery We can deliver and install your water cooler anywhere in the United Kingdom. Customers with bottled water coolers receive a free scheduled water delivery service (wherever you are in the United Kingdom) to replenish your bottles.
We have the largest water delivery infrastructure We operate from 16 depots across the UK and currently have over 148 distribution and technician vehicles on the road with over 700,000 bottles in circulation at any time.
The size of our delivery network ensures that your delivery service is completely reliable and that water is never far away.
We organise your bottled water delivery schedule When you become an Eden customer, a delivery schedule will be created and tailored to your individual needs. The frequency of delivery can be set to monthly, fortnightly or weekly depending on your water usage and storage capacities. All empty bottles are collected for re-use on your scheduled delivery dates.
Sanitisation is more than the daily cleaning of your Water Cooler... The BWCA (British Water Cooler Association) require all bottled water coolers to be sanitised by an expert every 12 weeks – this is automatically scheduled by our team. For mains-fed water coolers we schedule a sanitisation and filter change every 6 months. Regardless of the type of water cooler you have installed, our trained Water Cooler Experts will thoroughly clean your machine inside and out, to the exacting standards of the BWCA. For confirmation, a sanitisation label and hanger will be left on each water cooler following a sanitisation visit. Note, only a BWCA trained expert can sanitise a water cooler - all Eden Springs Cooler Experts are BWCA trained and certified. Sanitisation visits are scheduled Monday to Friday.

Eden bottled water is abstracted from both High Wycombe in the English countryside and the Scottish moorland of the Renfrewshire Hills. The water is naturally filtered through strata of rock and great care is taken to protect the sources from any contamination. Rigorous quality and testing procedures at our bottling plants ensure that our water is safe, free from harmful bacteria, great tasting and ready to be enjoyed by our customers throughout the country. Our bottled water is much better than tap water which contains chlorine to suppress the growth of the microbes which it picks up during transport through mains pipework. Tap water may also come from mixed sources, including reservoir water that has been through treatment works. Eden water however, is only treated with ozone (a powerful and natural water sanitiser which leaves no chemical or taste residues), providing assurance of hygienic quality.
Our two sources in Scotland and the South East of England, are boreholes which are well protected from surface water contamination.

CUP RECYCLING & REUSABLE PRODUCT RANGE INNOVATIVE CUP RECYCLING SCHEME Eden Springs have partnered up with a leading recycling partner to provide our customers with a closed-loop recycling service. This solution guarantees that all used paper and plastic cups are recycled, instead of sent to landfill. We use the UK’s only processing plants capable of recycling polyethylene lined paper cups. Once processed, materials are used to manufacture new, functional products like thermal cups, plastic tables, benches, notebooks, paper, pens and pencils. This is a quick and easy way to improve the sustainability efforts in your business. It will not only impress your customers but it will empower your staff too.
WATERCOOLER BOTTLES RETURNABLE - REFILLABLE - REUSABLE Eden Springs bottles are manufactured from high quality polycarbonate which is highly desirable for recycling. We return, refill and reuse every single one of our bottles at least 50 times, meaning every Eden Springs bottle delivers (on average) 925 litres of water in its lifetime. This is therefore sparing 925 traditional 1 litre plastic bottles from landfill. With over 5 million reusable Eden water cooler bottles filled every year, it’s fair to say we have some experience in bottling!

Double check non return valve - Acts as an isolator and prevents back flow. Pressure reducing valve - Controls the water pressure, ensuring consistency. Water block - Leak detector to ensure constant water flow - if the flow becomes too heavy, then it is assumed there is a leak and the water block activates, shutting off the water flow.
