Charlene de Buysere was trained as an interior designer, but quickly veered towards the coffee business. She became Belgian Brewerscup champion and won the World Aeropress Championship in 2011. She is co-owner of the coffee bar and roasting house 'Way Coffee Roasters' in Ghent. Luk Thys is an experience food-photographer with several titles to his name. He shares his love of delicious food and drink with Charlene.
