Bette Westera has written numerous children’s books, among which picture books, collections of poems, and non-fiction books. She has won several awards, including a Gouden Griffel and two Zilveren Griffels in 2020. Martijn van der Linden graduated from the Willem de Kooning Academie in Rotterdam in 2001, where he studied illustration. He makes covers, picture books and illustrations for a number of publishing houses.
