STRAWBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIE Ingredients 2 cups of frozen strawberry banana mix (you can use any fruit you like, fresh or frozen) ½ cup vanilla Greek Yogurt 1.5 cups milk or apple juice 1 cup spinach (optional)
Instructions 1. Add all your ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smoothly blended (about 12 minutes).
Nutrition Content & Benefits This smoothie is easy for an on-the-go type of day and can be made ahead of time (though may want to mix up if you do store these premade!). This smoothie also meets MyPlate guidelines of 2 servings of fruits and 2.5 servings of vegetables a day. Spinach was added in this smoothie to meet our vegetable guidelines and fun fact- you can not even taste it!
