Take control of your well-being! In a world filled with complex health advice, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. Back to the Basics will help you cut through the noise and focus on simple, evidence-based practices that truly make a difference.

What To Expect

The sessions will be interactive and are designed to encourage reflection, discussion, and active participation. You'll learn simple, effective strategies in a supportive group setting!

April is Earth Month! Take time to connect with nature and appreciate our planet.

Explore a local trail or park.

Have a fruit/ vegetable as a snack

Substitute a sedentary behavior for an active one

Write down 3 things you’re grateful for

Do a favor or task for someone

Identify 3 activities you find calming; do one

Set a weekly spending limit and track your expenses

Include a fruit/vegetable with breakfast

Establish a bedtime routine and start doing it

Try a new way to move

Avoid caffeine and alcohol for 8 hours before bedtime

Do a physical activity with a group or partner

Send a note of thanks or gratitude to someone
