Take control of your well-being! In a world filled with complex health advice, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. Back to the Basics will help you cut through the noise and focus on simple, evidence-based practices that truly make a difference.
The sessions will be interactive and are designed to encourage reflection, discussion, and active participation. You'll learn simple, effective strategies in a supportive group setting!
