Transferring

is as easy as...

one of the wisest investments you’ll make.

Our goal is to make obtaining a college degree accessible to transfer students from all financial backgrounds, without sacrificing academic quality. In fact, the University of Idaho is one of only four public universities in the Northwest that placed among the top 200 institutions that deliver the best return on investment for both in-state and out-of-state students, according to a 2010 national study by PayScale.

your ideal learning environment.

Home to the University of Idaho, Moscow is the ideal university town where students live and learn in one of the Pacific Northwest’s most beautiful landscapes. Located just minutes from the forests, rivers and lakes of northern Idaho, you can easily enjoy the area’s outstanding recreational activities through the university’s award-winning Outdoor Program.

• We are listed by Kiplinger’s in its “Best 100 Values in Public Colleges” for our academic strength and affordability. • Our students are from 49 states and 83 countries.

It’s more than a world-class education. As one of the West’s leading research institutions, you’ll learn firsthand through service to business, community, and the environment. Make your mark on the world. Transfer to Idaho and take a smart step toward your future success.

• The Princeton Review’s “Top 286 Green Colleges” lists us among the nation’s most environmentally responsible universities. • We are among only 15% of the nation’s colleges listed in The Princeton Review’s “Best 368 Colleges.” • Our alumni are leaders worldwide in business, public service, science, the arts and more. • We are one of the top 30 universities in the nation to “hit the books and backcountry” by Outside Magazine. • Our beautiful residential campus is located in the quintessential college town of Moscow; an area so picturesque it was featured in National Geographic Magazine.
