Cancellations and Substitutions
Please submit cancellations and requests for refunds by email to uieec@ uidaho.edu. Requests made before the deadline will be processed less a $150 administrative fee.

• Washington, DC cancellation request deadline is July 31, 2025 No refunds will be made for cancellations after these dates. Substitutions will be accepted until the first day of the program and processed for no additional fee.
