DELEGATE FAQ We are delighted that you are joining us at our 2026 Annual UHUK Conference at Staverton Park Hotel and Golf Resort, Daventry, Northamptonshire.
1 Venue Address - Staverton Park Hotel and Golf Resort, Daventry Rd, Daventry NN11 6JT
2 Travel - Find Us - By car: Close to the M1, J16 and J18 and 14 miles from the M6 - By rail: 11 miles from Northampton and Rugby railway stations - By air: 32 miles from Birmingham airport and 50 miles from Luton airport
3 Car Parking and EV - The car park is free of charge. There are 4 EV charging points on site, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
4 Check-in Info Check-in for your rooms will not be available until after the conference closes on Day 1. Please register at the UHUK desk at the Main Hotel Entrance when you arrive, and your room key will be made available from 15.30. If you are arriving on the 12th or the 14th, you can check in from 3pm at the main hotel reception. Check-out is 10am on the day of departure.
5 Luggage - Please leave your luggage in your car if possible until you receive your room key. - If you arriving by train, taxi, air, you will be able to store your luggage at reception until check-in. There is a surcharge of £2.50 for your luggage to be taken to your room - please arrange this with reception if required.
6 Room Charges - If you wish to charge extras or drinks to your room, please register your credit card with reception. You can do this once you have collected your room key. - If you have not pre-registered your card, you can pay for drinks direct at the bar, or at your table.

8 Format for the Conference Day 1 - Registration is from 11am on the 13th - Lunch is 12.00-12.30 on the 13th, followed by a look around the exhibition. - Conference starts promptly at 13.00 and finishes 16.45. - After the conference there is informal networking at the bar, followed by a buffet dinner in the main restaurant at 19.00.

Format for the Conference Day 2 - Conference starts promptly at 08.45 and finishes 17.00 after the raffle draw. - The drinks reception starts at 18:45. Please be seated for the awards gala dinner at 19:15. - Awards presentations from 21.00 followed by a disco..
10 Slido - We are using Slido for audience Q&A. Please ensure you load the Slido app on your phone, and use the code # 1595988 to log in.
11 Dress Code - Dress code for the conference is casual business attire. - Dress code for the dinner on the 13th is informal/relaxed. - Dress code for the Conference/Awards Gala dinner on the 14th is smart/ lounge suit/dress. Black tie/ cocktail/evening dress optional.
12 Leisure Facilities - The hotel has bookable spa and golf facilities. The pool is available from noon on the day of check-in and until noon on the day of check-out. It opens at 7am. - There is a short walk around the village if you are interested:
13 Breakout Sessions - Day 1 has 2 breakout sessions and day 2 has 3 sessions. Please choose one session each day. - Please sign up prior to the conference using this link: https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/Breakout2026/ - Ensure you distribute your organisational delegates as evenly as possible.
14 Sponsor Raffle - Please pick up your raffle sheet on registration, and visit the sponsor stands to get your codes. - The sponsors provide raffle prizes which will be drawn at the end of day 2 for those with completed sheets.
15 Name Badges - Please return your name badge at the end of the conference to help us reduce waste. #UHUK2026
