The new Doctor of Musical Arts program at the University of Florida is uniquely designed to prepare highly qualified, elite students for both higher education and artistic job markets.  Concentrations in performance, composition, and conducting  Complementary cognate studies outside of music, such as entrepreneurship, management, digital media, engineering, journalism, arts in medicine, liberal arts, and others  Capstone doctoral project assimilating the cognate and applied music areas  Supports the creation and performance of new music  Supervised teaching and mentored internships
