All of our Camps and Youth events are organised and led by experienced adult volunteer leaders all of whom have a Disclosure Scotland Check. Safety of the young people is paramount and all reasonable safety precautions are taken throughout the weekends. The United Free Church of Scotland organises these Camps and Events to allow the young people to come together for fellowship, fun and bible teaching. The photographs of the leaders are in this brochure to allow the children to see who they will meet at camp. (Children attending the P5-7 Camp require a leader from their church with them at Camp) The Youth Assemblies are organised and staffed by the Youth Worker, Laura Mackenzie, the Youth Convener, Rev Robert Owens and invited speakers. All Camp and Youth Assembly costs are subsidised by the Youth CommitteeEach Event has a qualified first aider on site.

S1S1-4 Camp You Can Take God at His Word! 15th15th-17th February 2013
Many people say many things, some true and some false but we can take God at His Word! In society today it can be difficult to know who to believe and what to believe, but the amazing thing with God is that He is always true and we can rely on Him and His word. Throughout the Bible God makes promises or agreements with His people. Over the weekend we will look at these agreements and see what they mean, how they affect us and how we can rely on Him and what He says! Come and join us for games, fun, bible teaching, question times, ten pin bowling at XScape the party night and loads more! It would be great to see you there! God is amazing! When He makes a promise, He keeps it! Throughout the Bible God makes promises to people. Over the weekend we will look at some of these promises and see what they mean to us. Sometimes people make promises and break them, but God never breaks His promises. We can trust in Him. These promises are like great presents He gives to us. Come along and join us at camp for games, bible teaching, crafts, outdoor activities and more! We have a great fun filled weekend planned for you at Lendrick Muir! We would love to see you there!
