Echoesof MyForgone Hearth REIGNH

Three Faces. The first face you show the world. The second to your dearest ones. The third? You never show to anyone yet is your truest face.
Endless facades, ever-glowing radiance, and plastered smiles reaching the bounds of earth; even then, nothing can hide behind their eyes.

Poetry is not only dream and vision;
it is the skeleton architecture of our lives.
It lays the foundations for a future of change, a bridge across our fears of what has never been before.
- Audre Lorde
Floating in the gloom of desolation
Lost in the abyssof desperation
Where sparkle and lusterfailed to foster; A glimpse of light wasa vain illusion
Thoughtsof my being in eternalblues; Left me in unending hopelesswonders; When Imay see yellow througha dog’seyes; Witnesscolorin almost endlessgrays.
Beyond my wildest dreams, there you entered; Breaking my walls and lighting my sorrows Covered in the cloak of all my shadows Headstrong to keep me from engulfing shade.

Whatifitwetried,meandyou?
Crimson-stained cheeks, eyes of hatred
Never our desire, but perhaps it was fated
For us to part not as spouses but as soldiers
Die not as lovers but as each other’s slayers
Marching toward each other in the deadly haze
With a scowl to mask our forbidden gaze
Aiming our blades while our hearts grieved, Crossing swords, our shattered souls bleed
With eyes closed, we end in an embrace Our fate was doomed; we dared not evade
In this bloodshed, each other, we’ve betrayed The war is over, rest now, my scorching blaze
love shall be in flame for Cupid to tame ant not to die ng like fire
Never envisioned of returning to the umbra
This inferno of darkness I had absconded
I find myself again imprisoned in its fiery blaze
In this darkness, I see a thousand faces
With piercing eyes and ever judging gazes
Holding countless spinning kaleidoscopes
Not of vivid hues but achromatic streaks
Eyes begin to hollow; scars start to bleed.
A river of crimson red stain my cheeks.
