Agricultural management and biodiversity - Ecuador
Hands-on experience in farming, animal husbandry and biodiversity management on the UDLA Farm
The UDLA Farm, located in the Ecuadorian Andes on the hillsides around the Pichincha volcano, is only a short drive from Quito. The farm covers almost 45 hectares and features agricultural production, product processing, academic field activities, research and community service projects. Through this eight-day course, international students will learn about one of Ecuador’s most important economic activities and participate in the farm’s daily management practices.
