by Udit Parekh
Exhibition of Subtly everyday.
The exhibition ‘Everyday today’ is an experience of the short film ‘Tea for two’. It is a setup of two different environments and two different perspectives: One part of the exhibition is a big screen in the kitchen wall depicting the mother and her routine How she experience the first morning tea same as everyday and the other part is a small desk with a computer screen mimicking a workspace depicting life of a youth having morning tea in a different world trying to follow the dream to be something and still unclear about future. Exhibition was curated in two screens and with the environment to create an immersive experience of both perspectives by drawing the objects of everyday life in each of their lives. The film was divided into two different screens to be more connected to the perspective of each generation and the theme of the film is an experience of having a cup of tea.

Neighbours in motion II.
Exploring movements of living beings in various environment
While in the process of learning the fundamentals of animation I decided to develop simple figures which can help me to understand how I can create expressions and personality with just the body movements and animatics. Through the process I learned different techniques of exaggeration and feeling based motion like how in famous cartoons like Tom and Jerry, The Mask, Pink Panther, Loony toons etc. have been shown.

This is a composition depicting the social nature of human life for a weekend home. Reflecting the celebration of life through conversations, music and games. Food and drinks during sunny evenings and late night bonfires with warm company. Interactive neighbours and pets playing and frolicking over a long weekend.
