FACULTY-LED PROGRAMMES

These programmes are led and taught by the partner institution’s faculty members and are hosted at the University of Cape Town. Programmes are developed at the partner university/college/department with a direct correlation to students’ majors, minors, or specific areas of interest or study with an added additional South African perspective.

The programme is tailored according to the partner/institutions needs where the International Office will arrange the lecture venues, accommodation, transfers, excursions and field trips.

*If required, a UCT faculty can provide expertise or added support.

Island Programmes

Island programmes offer professional logistical services to partner institutions and individuals such as visits to iconic sites and museums, welcome orientation, a safety and security talk and guided campus tours. Access to Wi-Fi, UCT venues, the UCT Jammie Shuttle (transport) and Wellness Centre also form part of the programme. Assistance with UCT vetted/approved accommodation is also available.
