Greater than the sum of our parts

Powering progress is a multifaceted endeavor, requiring agility and a willingness to push beyond the status quo. Over the last year we experimented, ran pilots, and explored how our programs can work together in a way that’s greater than the sum of our parts. While the Science Center has many programs and initiatives that independently power progress and drive impact, the way in which those pieces fit together to support the ecosystem is where our true value lies.

It is these intersections that connect potential with opportunity to unlock possibility.

The Science Center isn’t focused exclusively on creating new jobs and advancing new technologies—we’re invested in the prosperity and quality of life for all members of our community, and it’s the reason our mission focuses not only on advancing innovative technologies but uplifting communities and improving lives.

The challenges of 2022 required us to adapt to external uncertainties like the economy, the geopolitical landscape, and COVID and gave us the opportunity to chart a path toward greater impact. We look forward to working with our stakeholders, partners, and the community to build upon that impact in 2023.
