The annual UC San Diego Powwow celebrates Native American heritage, helps educate our campus community about Native cultures, and continues to build the tradition of welcoming Native American peoples and their cultures to UC San Diego.

The UC Native American Opportunity Plan provides full funding of systemwide tuition and fee costs to California residents who are part of a federally recognized Native American, American Indian, and/or Alaska Native tribe. Separately, Native American students who are not active members of a federally recognized tribe are eligible for the Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria Scholarship Fund.
