Go Greek BBQ and Info Session

Our Student Interns

The Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life would like to On Wednesday, August 29 UConn’s Greek community introduce its three interns for the Fall 2012 semester. hosted its annual Go Greek! BBQ. Chapters from all four councils were in attendance to speak to the student body about the benefits of joining our Greek Community. Each organization had its own booth where they displayed photos and information about their chapter. th

Following the Go Greek! BBQ, the Greek Community hosted the Go Greek! Info Session for all students interested in joining Greek Life. The Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life, along with Greek leaders representing all four councils, gave an informative presentation for anyone looking to learn more about our community.

Gregory Brennan, Zeta Beta Tau, is a senior studying Physiology and Neurobiology. It is his first semester as a student intern in the office. Kaitlin Latham, Pi Beta Phi, is a senior double majoring in Biological Sciences and Anthropology. It is her third semester as a student intern in the office. Jonathan Caez, Lambda Upsilon Lambda Fraternity, Incorporated, is a senior studying political science. It is his fifth semester as a student intern in the office.

Our Newest Addition... Please help the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life extend a warm welcome to the newest members of our Greek Community: Gamma Phi Beta! Consultants representing the organization are already on campus preparing to recruit new members once Panhellenic Recruitment ends. Please welcome Valerie Hall (Oklahoma), Thao Le (California-Berkeley), and Erin McHale (Iowa State) to our UConn family! The OFSL is excited to experience the positive additions Gamma Phi Beta will make to our Greek Community.
