CONGRATULATIONS SENIORS! The semester is drawing to a close, and it’s surely a bittersweet time for the members of our Greek Community. We must say goodbye to our graduating seniors, and send them off to further their education or to the workplace to use the invaluable knowledge they have gained throughout their time here at the University of Connecticut. The Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life would like to thank the class of 2012 for their dedication, passion, and love for the Greek Community, as it is something that will be cherished for years to come. Without the drive and motivation of the graduating Greeks, our community would not be as accomplished as it is today. The past four years have shown tremendous growth within our Community. The senior class’ first HuskyTHON Dance Marathon, held in 2009, raised $56,920; just four years later, the total increased to an astounding $304,375.27. New chapters were added to our community, countless new philanthropies and fundraisers were established, and most of all, the community has fostered an inseparable bond that will surely continue after our time at UConn ends. Seniors, you have made Greek Life remarkable! The Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life, as well as the entire Greek Community, will certainly miss you!
