It is a bittersweet moment for the members of the Greek Community right now. As we finish our Spring semester, we must pay tribute to those special individuals who have made incredible contributions to our community but will not be returning for the Fall semester. First, the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life would like to acknowledge our Assistant Director Lindsay Sell for her amazing time here within our community. Her wonderful personality, dedication to the Greek community, and professionalism has resonated throughout the community and are qualities that will be greatly missed. She has without a doubt left an indelible mark here at the University of Connecticut Storrs campus. We wish the best of luck to Lindsay Sell in all of her future endeavors. Next are our two graduate assistants Greg Fink and Crystel Maldonado. We would like to congratulate them on graduating from the Higher Education and Student Affairs (HESA) Master’s program. Greg has advised HuskyTHON, Multicultural Greek Council, and GAMMA. Crystel has advised Panhellenic, Order of Omega, and the Greek Week Management Team. Both have grown tremendously from their experience at this office and their contributions to our community have been utterly remarkable. We wish them both well in the future. Also, congratulations to our graduating student interns: Victoria Costello of Kappa Kappa Gamma, Julie Davis of Delta Gamma, and Alex Prager of Alpha Epsilon Pi. Each of their unique strengths, personalities, and passions for Greek life have made the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life a wonderful place to work. Each of their contributions to the Greek community has been invaluable and we look forward to hearing about their future successes as UConn alumni. Finally, the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life would like to extend a congratulations to all of the graduating seniors of the Greek community, who remind us all of what it truly means to be members of fraternities and sororities. Our organizations and their members will truly miss you. Good luck everyone. Written by: Jonathan Cåez
