Jin, a senior finance major, is a brother and a charter of Pi Delta Psi Fraternity, Inc., and he is one of the first people that comes to mind when one thinks of an outstanding fraternity man. His extensive accomplishments within his fraternity attest to his outstanding leadership and commitment: On top of being the pledge educator of the Beta class and the
Co-vice President upon their first semester of establishment, Jin has hence held positions as Brother Unity and Projects chairs. He is currently the president of his fraternity as well as the Convention chair for their upcoming national convention, which will be held on campus next spring. Aside from the contributions he has made within his fraternity, Jin has also shown continuous support for the Greek community as a whole. He represented MGC on the National Hazing Prevention Week Committee for Fall 2009, and

it was his idea to host the first MGC BBQ, which has become something of a tradition for the council. Jin is someone who demonstrates fraternal values on a day-to-day basis, and with his sound judgment and compassion to always help those around him, he is someone the community has come to rely on and admire. He also serves on the Student Union Policy Council and is an active member of the Asian American community. For these reasons, Jin has been chosen for February’s Greek senior spotlight.

On Campus Employment Opportunity! Career Services is now accepting applications for the OFSL & Career Club Connections Career Resource Assistant (CRA) position to start this spring to be fully trained for Fall 2010. The position specifically focuses on serving as a liaison to the Greek Life Community to foster a strong relationship with OFSL and Career Services through the Career Club Connections (CCC) program. In addition, the position also requires for other CRA duties to be fulfilled. All applicants must be affiliated with the Greek Community and OFSL and be willing to commit to an 8-10 hour work week. Applicants should have excellent communication skills, the ability to work cooperatively in a team with peers and professionals. Additionally, the ideal candidate is a motivated, high energy individual who exudes self-confidence and has the ability to help others. Job responsibilities and expectations for this position include: Collaborating with Lindsey Cunningham (current OFSL liaison) to shadow the position’s responsibilities.

Meet with Director of OFSL or his/her designee on a bi-weekly basis
Provide accurate information to students on all services/programs offered by the Department of Career Services
Assist with the recruitment of the following year's Career Resource Assistants. Attend a week long training the week of August 23rd Prepare to take on all CRA responsibilities for Fall 2010
