Taxpayers pay Baudoin 0.6 million annually,& 1 billion in 50 years

While Chen is not at CT now, it is highly possible that govt. will use tax money to hire more women for Baudoin.

Destruction & fabrication of evidence

Baudoin’s UConn co-conspirators deleted Baudoin’s criminal evidence and wrote a report for Baudoin, repeating 11 times something like ‘Li Chen was not Baudoin's students or subordinates’. The deleted / fabricated evidence includes, but not limited to

Baudoin's student name list, where Chen is listed as his postdoc.
