Messages from Our President

Dear Members,

I am so excited to be able to return to the Club soon. It has been far too long since we have been able to dine at the Club and I have missed seeing all of you.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding as we navigated our way through a difficult and unprecedented situation. Over the past few months many of us have been hard at work ensuring you will all be welcomed back to a vibrant, updated, and improved UClub. The Board, Sarah, Chef, and I have all been in constant contact as we navigate when and how to open, putting the right staff in place, and getting the Club prepped and ready for you - our members.

I can’t wait for all of you to see how fresh and clean the Club is; the interior walls have a fresh coat of paint, the wood has been refinished, and everything has been scrubbed from top to bottom. Additionally, there have been some improvements to the bar area and the library has been reconfigured to better fit members’ needs. The best part is that Sarah was able to accomplish all of this with very little out-of-pocket expenses to the Club.

Expect some fantastic changes as we transition the UClub into its next 100 years. These changes will be both minor and significant. It is my goal to ensure that each member feels a sense of belonging at the Club and that we all have a sense of pride as we walk through the UClub doors. I look forward to seeing you all soon.
