Declaration

The declaration was signed by local governments and associations participating in the 2nd ASEAN Mayors Forum. The Forum was organized by UCLG ASPAC, hosted by the City of Makassar, Indonesia, on the 810 September 2015 - with the support of the Government of Indonesia, the ASEAN Secretariat, UNDP and other partners. The declaration re-affirms local commitment to foster regional cooperation in ASEAN for an "Integrated and Borderless Prosperous Region".
