Hair Mineral Analysis (HMA) – is a laboratory test that measures the mineral content of your hair. A small sample of hair can accurately give an overview of the mineral levels in the body’s tissues. It can show any imbalances, toxins, overloads, deficiencies and key mineral interrelationships that may need correction, whether they are caused by stress, medication, or pollution.
