Early Beginnings: A Path to Entrepreneurship

Straight out of high school, Crystal Jackson went into college, working full-time to pay her college tuition and completing two years of a law degree. This early experience of paid work provided her with a keen insight into the inner workings of organizations and the disconnect between management and employees. Crystal’s intuitive nature allowed her to see the issues plaguing the corporate world, and she felt a calling to make a difference in the way businesses operated.

“My first job was with the Department of Transportation whilst I was still at school,” reflects Jackson. “I very quickly saw that management had no pulse on what their people were doing on a daily basis and that business decisions were being made by people who didn’t really understand the inner workings. I could just see the breakdowns within the company, especially in terms of employee morale. I was only a year into law at that time but I realized that I wanted to go into management and make a difference.”

Determined to create meaningful change, Crystal continued her education, earning a degree in business while gaining over two decades of corporate experience. Her career spanned various fields, including human resources, accounting and management. During this time, she observed recurring challenges in businesses and began to recognize common themes that hindered growth.

The Evolution of Purpose

Crystal’s path took a significant turn when she ventured into direct sales, achieving remarkable success by reaching the top 10% of her company’s ranks. This experience provided her with valuable insights into entrepreneurship and mentorship. Crystal’s focus shifted towards helping women, particularly in addressing issues of self-worth and confidence.

“I really learned so much through that process,” says Jackson. “I learned so much about myself but also about entrepreneurship and how to mentor and guide others to help them reach levels of success.”

She then launched her style coaching venture, recognizing the deep connection between outer appearance and inner confidence. However, as she delved deeper into her work, Crystal realized that transformational change required a holistic approach that encompassed more than just appearance. Her journey led her to explore spirituality, human design, Akashic records reading, and emotional clearing.

“What I also began to realize is that business was still being done and taught in a very masculine way and that people were getting distracted by the outside noise of how they should and should not market and run their businesses. I understood that I wanted to help people build businesses that they were passionate about but also one that felt good and authentic to them,” shares Jackson.

With her expanded knowledge and wisdom, Crystal embarked on a mission to empower women to create businesses aligned with their authentic selves. She believes in a more holistic and personalized approach to business coaching that considers not only external strategies but also internal alignment and selfdiscovery. Crystal’s approach enables her clients to overcome personal blocks, harness their intuition, and build businesses that resonate with their unique essence.

Empowering Women: A Personal Mission

When asked why she is passionate about women’s empowerment, Crystal emphasizes the need for women to break free from societal conditioning and biases. She acknowledges the ancestral wounds that continue to affect women today and the societal expectations that limit their potential.

Crystal firmly believes that empowered women can bring about a more balanced and equitable world. She envisions a future where women’s perspectives and contributions are valued equally, not only in business but in all aspects of life. Crystal’s commitment to this vision extends to her role as a mother, where she seeks to set an example for her daughter and the next generation of empowered women.

“As women leaders and entrepreneurs we really are modeling what is possible for the next generation of women coming behind us,” says Jackson. “It’s exciting to be doing what I do and helping other women but also setting an example for my own daughter. It’s time for women to really show their children that we can do more than what society has laid out for us.”
