The National Center for Health Workforce Analysis (NCHWA) is a national resource for health workforce research, information, and data. As a division within the Bureau of Health Workforce (BHW) at the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), NCHWA supports policy makers with information and data to help inform decisions regarding health workforce education, training, and healthcare delivery (https://bhw.hrsa.gov/health-workforceanalysis/about).

As part of these eff orts, NCHWA oversees HRSA’s Health Workforce Research Center (HWRC) cooperative agreement program, which provides funding to 9 centers in the US. Collectively, these Centers off er expertise in the following arenas:

Emerging health workforce topics (George Washington University; University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill)
Health equity in health workforce education and training (George Washington University; University of Washington)
