History of Exchange Program Over a decade ago, the staff of the UAlbany Performing Arts Center initiated an exchange program with other colleges and universities utilizing the Capital Trio, the ensemble-in-residence here at the UAlbany Performing Arts Center. Our goal with this program is to partner with other educational institutions that have artists-in-residence to provide performance opportunities for those artists and to supplement the performance offerings at each institution as well as to provide outreach to students in the form of lectures, master classes, workshops and clinics. 2009-10
