(b.1972) grew up in Kenya but is now based in Amsterdam. She studied at the Royal Academy in Arnhem, receiving her Masters in Fine Art in 1997, shortly afterwards she established herself as an acclaimed fashion photographer working for publications such as i-D, French VOGUE, Purple and V. From 2001 Sassen began a series of back and forth trips to Africa and there she embarked on her ongoing body of collaborative portraits.
In 2007 she received the Prix de Rome for her work ‘Ultra Violet’ and in 2008-9 Sassen exhibited in a solo show in Amsterdam’s prestigious FOAM (Photo Museum of Amsterdam). Her latest series ‘Flamboya’ engages the artist and model in a close visual dialogue that explores the portrayal of the ‘other’ by the West and notions of acceptance, challenging the viewer to see the limitations of photography for providing definite knowledge of its subject matter.

John Colver is a London based fashion stylist & consultant. Originally from Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire, John has shot for magazines including Dazed & Confused (UK & Japan), i-D & Bon International.He works closely with the designer Christopher Shannon on his menswear label - consulting on the collection, along with styling & casting the show. Past clients have included Ben Sherman, COS, Eastpak, Izzue, Levi’s, Nike, Reebok & SC51(Sonetti).

Stemming from his interest in shamanism, it includes an immersive and hypnotic musical score, dance, opera and computer generated video. Part cathartic spectacle and part sensory-deprived ecstacy technique, Anatomy of Immaterial Worlds is designed to depict and then invoke a metaphysical journey. Against Gravity is curated by Catherine Borra. The boy on the cover is Peter Rowen (brother of Bono’s friend, Guggi (Virgin Prunes), and now a renowned Irish photographer).[6] He also appears on the covers of Three, War, The Best of 1980–1990, and Early Demos. The photographer, Hugo McGuiness, and the sleeve designer, Steve Averill (a friend of bassist Adam Clayton), went on to work on several more U2 album covers. The image was changed to a distorted picture of the band for the American and Canadian release, due to the record company’s fears that the band would be accused of pedophilia.[7] Sandy Porter is credited as the photographer for the American cover. However, the photo of Rowen appeared on the inner sleeve of the album in the US and Canada. In 2008, the artwork of the remastered editions was standardised worldwide to that of the 1980 UK release. In 2008, a remastered edition of the album was released, featuring remastered tracks, along with B-sides and rarities. Three different formats of the remaster were made available.

arcin odsiadlo (born 1989) started his fashion adventure last year, from fashion course at University For The Creative Arts. Despite relatively short career, he managed to win latest edition of Off Fashion competition, and be awarded with three distinctions. Urban Collage is his first collection. Its urbaniste character, taking inspiration from urban spaces and hip- hop culture is displayed in loose, oversized, multilayered clothes, as well as their colouring (dominating shades of grey, black and white). Except the collection under his own name, the designer has another line of clothes called ‘less is more’, which is both its name and manifesto. Its character is displayed in unconventional use of clothes, its parts, as well as in giving them, new uncommon meaning by adding new fabrics. The clothes are to be functional first of all, but also to encourage wearers to some kind of creativity in finding new, interesting ways of wearing them.
