Location: Peoria, AZ MAIN HEADQUARTERS

This 83,000 sq. ft. facility is the heart of TYR Tactical® and where the bulk of our product development and manufacturing occurs.

HARD ARMOR BUILDING:

This 42,000 sq. ft. facility is located at our Peoria, AZ main campus. This building houses state-of-the-art presses and autoclaves to support hard armor production. This much needed expansion, along with our current in-house Ballistic Test Range, gives us unmatched armor development and production capability.

TYR TACTICAL ® SOUTHERN PINES: EST. 2014

Location: Southern Pines, NC Fort Bragg is a major hub for the U.S. Army and Special Operations, as well as being centrally located in the Eastern United States. These traits allow us to stay better connected and better serve our customer base. This facility provides overflow production as well as custom design and development work.

TYR TACTICAL CANADA ®: EST. 2015

Location: Kanata, ON TYR Tactical Canada® was built to better serve the Canadian Conventional and Special Operations Forces, Royal Canadian Mounted Police, and other agencies. This facility is focused on producing 100% Canadian made products, as well as custom design and development work.

TYR TACTICAL A/S ® DENMARK: EST. 2019

Location: Aarhus, DK TYR Tactical A/S was established to better serve Danish Defense Forces. This facility handles product repairs, sizing, sustainment and product maintenance services.

Unless other arrangements are made, all products are shipped FOB TYR Tactical Dock from our warehouse Monday through Friday [except holidays]. In-stock merchandise normally ships within 1 to 2 business days after the order is processed. New and out of stock products are subject to backorder lead times.

Some items, due to weight, dimensions, or Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms approval, may require additional shipping charges and may take longer to arrive. Express and Overnight Air Express: Orders placed after 1:00pm Mountain Standard time will be shipped the following business day [Call for rates]. Orders shipping to AK, HI, and outside U.S. Territory addresses require Express Shipping delivery and will be charged additional shipping fees. International shipments and some oversize or heavy items are also subject to additional shipping fees.

TYR Tactical® is committed to providing you with quality products that you can depend on. If within 30 days of your shipment the product that you receive is not up to your standards, call us at 888-602-7664 and request a Return Merchandise Authorization [RMA] number and direct mailing address. The RMA must accompany the returning merchandise to ensure successful processing. TYR Tactical® will exchange or credit your original form of payment at time of receipt of returned items, less original shipping fees.

Restrictions on returns include worn, altered or customer-damaged items. Please allow 5-7 business days from our receipt of your return to process a credit refund or exchange. TYR Tactical® reserves the right to inspect, repair, and/or replace items being returned as damaged or defective at our discretion. Product returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Exception: If a shipping or order error occurs that is our mistake, we will pay for return shipping charges and the restocking fee will be waived.
