2 President’s Message We have a busy month here at TABA and Trey Hunt hope you can participate in some of these great events. After Hours on May 7th will be on location at NWP Management’s office, so be sure to go there, not TABA! Bring your staff out on Monday, May 13th for our annual All Member Cookout. This is a come-and-go lunch and is always a fun time to catch up with other members.

And don’t miss a favorite event among our members - our Crawfish Boil and Washer Tournament on May 23rd. Winners of the tournament will have bragging rights and free entry to compete at the Texas Association of Builders’ Fundango event, held during the Sunbelt Builders Show in August.

Finally, please make plans to stop by on Tuesday, May 28th for the Parade of Homes™ Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, which helps promote the Parade of Homes™ in our community and kicks off ticket sales. The Parade of Homes™ will run June 1st through 9th and we can’t wait for you to see these beautiful homes.

Parade of Homes™ Builder Reminders

Tuesday, May 28, 2019 11 a.m. at TABA Ribbon Cutting Ceremony - Builder or a representative from your company must pick up your Parade supplies. The Parade of Homes ™ Committee will begin making initial inspections of the homes.

Friday, May 31, 2019 The Builder must complete construction of the home by noon on Friday. Any home deemed not complete by the Parade of Homes™ Committee upon its last inspection prior to the opening of the Parade of Homes™ shall be withdrawn from the Parade.

Please refer to the 2019 Parade of Homes™ Builder Contract for completed home requirements.

Wednesday, June 12, 2019 by 4 p.m.

Payment for tickets sold in the form of the Builder’s check or money order and all unsold tickets shall be turned in to the TABA office, along with all Parade supplies. TABA cannot accept cash or credit cards for tickets sold.
