Parade of homes™ Early Bird Deadline

president’s Message TABA Members, The holiday season is upon us and my time as your TABA President is coming to an end. It has been my honor to serve this year and I would like to welcome our incoming President, Erin Wright. As most of you know, this will be Erin’s second time to serve as TABA President, so you’re certainly in good hands.

I’d also like to thank each of our members for your participation this year. We headed into 2021 with many challenges still looming from the pandemic, but we have ended this year with a successful Parade, great participation in each of our events, and most importantly, a strong membership. As you will see on page 4, TABA’s membership drive was one for the records! Our Association is only as strong as our members, so thank you for making TABA a worthwhile organization.

We are already planning ahead for next year! If you are interested in sponsoring any TABA events, including Builders Luncheons and After Hours, now is the time to commit. Please contact Libby Simmons (lsimmons@ tylerareabuilders.com) for more information.

TABA members received many awards at the Texas Association of Builders Fall Board Meetings, including: "Highest Percentage Increase in Membership" for the 2021 statewide membership drive.

Individual State Medalists for the 2021 statewide membership drive: 1st Place in Texas - Jason Campbell 2nd place in Texas - Trey Hunt 3rd Place in Texas - Erin Wright Three TABA members earned Life Directors of the Texas Association of Builders by achieving seven years of service Kerry Hamblett, John McKinney, and Erin Wright.
