Welcome to our 69th Annual Parade of Homes™! At this point, supply chain issues have affected every industry, but the building industry especially is experiencing unprecedented supply delays. Builders and subcontractors are also under extremely high demand. Congratulations to all of our Parade builders and subcontractors for completing their homes in time for the 2022 Parade of Homes™; we know this was not an easy task.

The Parade offers nine days to explore homes and products from TABA’s finest builders and subcontractors. Visit the homes in any order, and refer to the map and turn-by-turn directions on the pullout map between pages 18 and 19. Please note, because some of these homes are on new streets, many of the addresses will not work with a gps. Back by popular demand, we have an app to help you navigate the Parade! As a Parade attendee, you have the privilege of giving back to our community. A portion of every Parade of Homes™ ticket will be donated to Kingdom Life Academy and North Tyler Academy. Rules of Conduct

• No strollers are allowed in the homes.

• Do not touch wallpaper, finished walls, or décor.

• Observe all parking signs. Do not block driveways.

• No food, drink, smoking, or pets allowed in homes.

• If you would like to take photos, please check with an on-site representative.

• Some homes may not be handicap accessible.
