Shivani oversees the budgeting of each P&L for sales leaders and recruiters, conducts variance analysis, reconciles various financial statements, and sets KPIs. She is the co-founder of the company’s Foundation and is an active member of the Innova Solutions Diversity and Inclusion (DE&I) Committee.
