Lanny Henderson, legal advisor to the Native Supreme Council and two plaintiffs Wilf Davie and Bill Monture tried to serve defendants Aaron Detlor and Elvera Garlow, with legal papers Tuesday at the GREAT Board Room where they were meeting, but they would not answer the door. Brian Doolittle was served Monday. Henderson explained that as long as it is confirmed that Detlor, and Garlow were in the room and that they knew he was there, but didn't answer the door, he did not have to physically serve them hand to hand. In the presence of HDI media director Lynda Powless, Henderson dropped the papers on the floor in front of the door. When the meeting moved itself to the HDI office through a back door, the papers were slid under the HDI door. PHOTO BY JIM WINDLE PM42686517
