At the start of 2024 in White Rock, we saw a surge in interstate investors and buyers agents looking to purchase homes between $400,000 and $600,000, which lead to many properties selling off market. This is still the case, however these investors have become more particular about what they are looking for in terms of quality and location. The prices in White Rock are still holding, especially in the $400,000 to $550,000 range.
