ended up costing more than negotiation as residential values rose remarkably. Around 200 properties were sold throughout the year and the average days on market was seriously sliced.

For myself, I am very proud and humble to have been responsible for around 104 sales in 2025 with my average days on market totalling just 7 days until sold. Boasting significant Southside market share and over 11 years of experience in real estate, no one understands the Mount Sheridan market quite like I do.

The numbers speak for themselves. The median house value surged by an impressive 17.3% in just 12 months, bringing the median price to $750,329.

This marks the third consecutive year of double-digit growth. What will 2026 bring? Will we see another year of strong growth? Only time will tell.

House values have continued their upward trajectory, with the median house price now sitting at $750,329. This represents impressive annual growth of 17.3%, while five-year growth has reached an outstanding 89.5%, highlighting just how significantly the suburb has strengthened over time. Sales activity has seen a slight increase, with 189 house sales recorded over the current rolling 12-month period.
