FRIGHTFULLY YUMMY RECIPES

Ingredients:

• 1 Medium packet White marshallows

• 100g Baking Chocolate - brown

• Candy Googly eyes

• 1 pack Oreos (twist and remove icing centre and carefully cut or break each biscuit disc in half)

Tools:

• Parchment paper

• Baking sheet/tray

• Chopsticks

Instructions:

1. Melt chocolate in a heat proof dish.

2. Place one marshmallow per chopstick.

3. Dunk the marshmallow in the melted chocolate turning it around to ensure you cover all of it. Gently tap any excess chocolate off .

4. Fix the googly eyes and oreo wings before the chocolate dries completely.

5. Leave to dry on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Transfer the tray into refrigerator for about 20 minutes, allowing the chocolate to set. Enjoy!

Notes:

If using bamboo skewers, please be careful as they have sharp edges. You may want to swap them for lollipop sticks to make them safer for kids. You can add extra details to your chocolate bats, like fangs, and eyes. You can also add more edible sugar decorations, like little witches hats. If doing so, please allow the chocolate to set for about 10-15 minutes before adding the hats. Otherwise they may not stick and slide off the marshmallows.
