CAKE OWLS
For the last 11 years, Anushree Agarwal has collected owls whilst travelling across the world. Already a successful entrepreneur, working alongside her sister in their international wedding planning company, it was no surprise Anushree dreamt of business plans closer to home.
It was not long before she persuaded and inspired her husband, Vinay, to start a new venture, this time focusing on food.

Cake Owls was born in May 2019, when friends Vinay Audipudi, Anushree Agarwal, Eram Cooper and Simon Cooper saw a gap in the market, and they set out to fill the vacuum between supermarket and high-end luxury cakes.
At the heart of it is their signature character Hootie, a true Londoner, with her inextinguishable passion for baking people happy (especially in the current climate)!
Within a short space of time, Cake Owls has secured a legion of raving fans, who love the delicious designs and more affordable price tag. The striking shop front, on Feltham High Street, serves up a range of treats, from a classic cupcake to a three-tier wedding cake, or Cake Owls’ jawdropping, bestselling Chocolate Indulgence cake, which even earned the best birthday cake 2020 rating from Expert Reviews. In the current climate, many bakeries have shut up shop, but Cake Owls, with its stateof- the-art professional kitchen, is leading the way by continuing to bake people happy.

The vividlypresented and easy-to-use website, with over 100 cakes to choose from, allows one to indulge the soul, for any occasion, and book a free contactless delivery to most TW postcodes.
Better still, if you fancy a little jaunt around the Feltham area, drop into the store for a collection, and experience the personalised & intuitive service that the owners pride themselves on. And nothing is too much trouble; the team will always go that extra mile to make your experience a memorable one. Shy and retiring, Cake Owls is not!

St Catherine’s is a Catholic girls’ school which has a proud history, dating back more than a century. Today, the School continues to thrive, providing a modern, values-based education for girls of all faiths. The School’s friendly and welcoming community is founded on its Christian ethos and commitment to educating young women, so that they not only aim high in their lessons and their extra-curricular activities, but also become confident and open-hearted people, ready for the wider world. A key structure of St Catherine’s is its through school structure and the friendly atmosphere created on a site where girls from age 3 to 18 feel at home. A commitment to promoting resilience and wellbeing informs the decision to allow automatic access to the Senior School for Year 6 girls. This means no anxious 11+ experience for these pupils but instead a warm welcome to the next part of the School, and the new two-form entry for Year 5 and Year 6 enables the School to welcome more girls into an easy transition to the secondary years. The focus on community life means that extracurricular activities and events are very important at St Catherine’s. There is also a commitment to helping girls to make the most of technology, while also making purposeful choices. The decision to ban mobile phones during the school day helps pupils to strike a balance between 21st century connectivity and the importance of relating directly to the world around them. At St Catherine’s, the commitment to excellent pastoral care, as well as academic success, means that each girl’s ambitions and talents are developed. Sixth Form leavers are successful in achieving places for Medicine and other competitive Russell Group courses, and able to follow their own goals, including into exciting creative and vocational courses. At this point, as in all areas of the school, the emphasis is on the individual.
“A key feature of St Catherine’s is its through school structure, where girls from age 3 to 18 feel at home”
The School’s namesake, St Catherine of Siena, said ‘Be who God wants you to be and you will set the world on fire’. This shapes the focus on equipping girls to be full participants in their own futures, so they can become the women they were meant to be. The chance to grow and to be ambitious in a singlesex environment gives girls the time they need to work out who they are, and committed staff are there to support and to challenge them.

Radnor House is a co-educational day school enjoying a stunning riverside location in Twickenham, educating and inspiring children from 9 to 18, with entry points in Year 5, Year 7 and Sixth Form. Core values of courage, excellence, perseverance and respect, combined with exceptional teaching and a genuinely friendly atmosphere, create an impressive all-round educational provision. With a proven track record of success at GCSE and A Level, achieved through our preferred approach of encouragement rather than pressure, we stretch, challenge and support every pupil with inspirational teachers, proactive pastoral care and a wide range of co-curricular activities, helping children to become genuinely immersed in all aspects of their broader development. An exciting addition to our sports provision comes through a new long-term partnership with Teddington Cricket Club, creating an impressive facility to strengthen existing programmes for the boys at the school and allow significant developments for girls’ football and cricket, while

retaining our use of first class facilities for athletics, girls’ hockey and netball at St Mary’s University.
These superb opportunities are helping all our sportsmen and sportswomen further develop their skills and enhance their rounded and grounded
Radnor House experience.

One of the UK’s top-performing schools, Hampton combines academic and all-round excellence with exceptional pastoral care. Boys leave as happy, wellrounded individuals with a wide range of skills and interests and the confidence and resilience to succeed in the world.
Academically selective, results are consistently amongst the highest nationally and virtually all boys go on to elite universities across the UK, USA and Europe. Teaching is challenging, innovative and tailored to suit boys’ learning styles.
We are not, however, all about hard work! The exceptional cultural, artistic and sporting experiences on offer are essential elements of the balanced, all-round education which Hamptonians enjoy.
There is a vibrant creative programme and our superb Performing Arts centre, The Hammond Theatre, supports impressive music and drama provision. Ste is 27 acres of spacious grounds, the School also has an enviable reputation for sport and boys benefit from 27 acres of onsite playing fields and a state-of-the-art 3G sports ground. Particular strengths are cricket, football, rowing, rugby,

tennis and chess. Hampton produces some exceptional sportsmen and its teams consistently compete at the highest level in national schools’ competitions. However, there are teams for every ability and all boys are encouraged to represent the School.
For those seeking adventure, the Duke of Edinburgh Award schemes, The Combined Cadet Force and the School Adventure Society offer plenty of excitement and challenges and there are more than 70 trips each year to destinations as diverse as Bruges, Borneo and Berlin.
The School enjoys close links with the neighbouring LEH which we believe provides the best of both worlds – all the advantages of single sex education but with the benefits of joint activities and co-operation in the academic and cocurricular programme. These links include an extensive coach service network.
